It had a devastating effect on me and I work daily and sometimes 1 minute at a time to improve my functional capabilities and keep myself as active as possible. It is not always easy but it can be done, I thank Marta and JoAnna daily in my prayers and my thoughts of them I can not express my appreciation for all they did for me. AbleTo changed my life. They changed my life. If your insurance does not cover AbleTo look in to mindfulness is all over the computer, so many sites and I invite you to explore everything...I am sure there are books for those who do not have a computer. The key is to stay in the moment and not let yesterday or thoughts of tomorrow bog you down. Good luck all and stay well!
My best,
AngelaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
